Emporia City Residence is our next project in the city centre of Zvolen. The residential complex consists of two residential blocks connected by a semi-basement underground garage, above which there is an interior space with a children's playground and a relaxation area.
We purchased this project in 2009 and completed the construction in 2010 with the final approval a year later. Emporia City Residence offers a total of 50 apartments on an area of 8,000 m2.
