In 2013, we continued to bring the standard of modern living to Zvolen and started with the first phase of the Hron Residence.
The Hron Residence offers housing with a safe environment in the form of large interior blocks with a beautiful view and family atmosphere.
The first phase brought 90 apartments and 9 non-residential premises on a total built-up area of 15,000 m2. The complex was approved in 2015. Also the second phase of the project has already been completed and the third phase is in the process of implementation.
