We led the acquisition of the largest shopping centre in Eastern Slovakia as we saw a great potential for its long-term sustainability and further development.
The shopping centre OC Optima in Košice is the largest shopping centre outside Bratislava. We have been working on its purchase transaction since 2019. Thanks to the support of a consortium of banks, we successfully completed the transaction in July 2022, despite the negative impact of the pandemic. Regarding the structure and complexity of the entire project, we have learned a lot from it.
